1. ACCEPTANCE_OF_TERMS
By accessing and using TracePace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this service.
2. DESCRIPTION_OF_SERVICE
TracePace provides GPS activity visualization tools that transform raw activity files (.FIT, .GPX) into poster-style digital images. The service is free during guest beta.
3. USER_OBLIGATIONS
- > You must provide accurate information when uploading activity files
- > You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes
- > You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform
4. INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
The TracePace platform, including but not limited to its design, logo, and generated outputs, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not redistribute or sell generated posters without explicit permission.
5. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY
TracePace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
6. MODIFICATIONS_TO_SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any modification or discontinuation of the service.
7. GOVERNING_LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
